Base pay range CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$65,000.00/yr Senior Recruitment Consultant at Winchesters | Finance & Accounting Junior Accountant $55,000- $65,000 base with great benefits We are partnering with a well-established construction management and contracting firm that is looking for a Junior Accountant to support their expanding team. This is a hands‑on role offering valuable exposure to finance and administrative operations in a dynamic, project‑focused environment. The ideal candidates will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day financial activities and supporting overall accounting processes. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to grow their career in finance. Key Responsibilities Accurately process vendor invoices, credit card statements, and other financial transactions Support monthly account reconciliations, including bank and credit card accounts Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date Assist in preparing materials for audits and tax filings Provide general administrative support as needed to the finance team Qualifications Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and administrative procedures Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook If you’re eager to grow your finance career and gain meaningful hands‑on experience, we encourage you to apply today.
