The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Foundation and experience in SAP EC.Responsibilities5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralExperience with EC Core and EC Benefits configurationStrong knowledge of Foundation Objects and MDF ObjectsHands-on with Business Rules, Workflows, and Position ManagementExperience in Event Reason Derivation and Propagation RulesWorking knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB)Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic integration conceptsExperience with ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)Experience in SuccessFactors quarterly release deployment & testingAbility to manage enhancement requests, including configuration, testing, and deploymentUnderstanding of data models, XML configuration, and permissions framework (RBP)Certified in SF ECC Good to have:Good to have working knowledge in integration tools like Mulesoft & ability to support integration issues.Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module with configuration of performance forms, route maps, goal plans, competency sections, etc.Understanding of PMGM cycle management and template-level permissionsExperience with SSO setup, user provisioning, identity federation, and troubleshooting IAS/IPS issuesLife at CapgeminiCapgemini Supports All Aspects Of Your Well-being Throughout The Changing Stages Of Your Life And Career.
