Position Summary The Temerty Centre for Therapeutic Brain Intervention (TCTBI) is seeking a full‑time, contract (12 months) rTMS Technician. This position is part of the OPSEU Bargaining Unit and is located at 1025 Queen Street West. Responsibilities Administration of repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) to inpatients and outpatients following clinic protocols. Report to the Clinic Manager and collaborate with the research team investigating rTMS for mental disorders. Participate in an rTMS certification process under the supervision of a Brain Stimulation Psychiatrist. Independent patient recruitment, obtaining consent, and educating patients, families, and mental health professionals about the studies. Maintain study files and health records; perform data entry and clerical duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a health‑related field (Psychology specialization preferred). Minimum one year of experience interacting with clients. Basic first‑aid certification, maintained annually. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Excellent organizational ability and multitasking skill. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preference for candidates with mental‑health familiarity or expertise.
