A division of Pattison Food Group Ltd., Save-On-Foods is B.C.’s Most Loved Brand and certified a Great Place to Work.We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our location in Prince Rupert, BC.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners.Inventory management.Team member scheduling, training, and management.Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans.Ensuring implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.Practicing at full scope.QualificationsA Canadian Pharmacist and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).Your Injection Certification.Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.PerksFlexible benefits plan.Company-funded pension plan.Eligibility for moving expenses for certain locations.Eligibility for signing bonus for certain locations.Get paid every FridayEligibility for license reimbursements.Continuing education reimbursements.Exclusive team member offers and discounts.Wellness and team member assistance program.Compensation$71.00 - $74.00The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.Join our TeamCome and be a part of an energetic and inclusive team where we work together to have fun and achieve our goals.
