The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Net Washing Vessel Manager to lead our net washing operations and support strategic initiatives across our marine fleet. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, integrating new technologies, and driving innovation in net washing programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of net washing vessels, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability. Lead the integration of new clean machine systems and other technological upgrades. Manage and support ongoing strategic initiatives. Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and other marine leadership to align vessel operations with broader organizational goals. Ensure timely execution of system upgrades and trials that are on the critical path for marine operations. Provide leadership and mentorship to vessel crews, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position requires travel to marine sites. Qualifications Proven experience in marine operations, preferably with direct involvement in net washing or service vessel management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with marine systems and technologies, including clean machine systems. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments. Ability to travel within the province of Newfoundland when required, potentially on short notice.
