If that describes you, please read on Key Responsibilities Gathering and analyzing business requirements to inform program and application development. Planning, developing, and executing user acceptance testing for new and updated business applications. Leading and supporting strategic initiatives that improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Drafting business cases, policy documents, and process flowcharts to support decision‑making. Facilitating stakeholder consultations, brainstorming sessions, and change management activities. Monitoring project progress and evaluating post‑implementation outcomes for continuous improvement. Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or change management. The Following Equivalencies May Be Considered Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Certificate with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. No formal education with 6 years of related experience. Assets Experience working with the Motor Vehicle Program and/or the Traffic Safety Act. Knowledge of government operations, and decision‑making processes as well as the ability to interpret legislation, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to gather stakeholder requirements, analyze the information and apply to new projects. Experience developing training and change management materials.
