Account Manager - Rehabilitation and LTD Services Type: Open to anywhere in Canada - Full Time Permanent - willingness to travel Lifemark Health Group (LHG) is a market leader in customized healthcare solutions with over 20 years of service excellence. In this role, you will: Manage and grow LTD, DM, and EHC partner relationships nationally. Develop and execute a national third‑party payer go‑to‑market strategy. Formalize contracts with warm clients and expand into structured partnerships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LTD, DM, and EHC markets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, clinical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners. Represent Lifemark at industry events and conferences. Support EHC digital enablement (API/API integration for private billing). Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive account‑management experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or a related industry. Experience specifically within the LTD, DM, or EHC sectors is highly preferred. Deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare market and payer landscape. Comfort building executive‑level PowerPoint presentations. Good financial acumen. Extensive experience using a CRM. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong partner relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
