The Opportunity DoiT is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our Events team, which is responsible for the real‑time data sources and pipelines that enable DoiT Cloud Intelligence’s users to be alerted to anomalies and to have quicker response times to incidents. This critical role will define and execute the strategic roadmap for our real‑time data and event capabilities, empowering our customers with the insights and speed needed to effectively manage their cloud environments. The overarching objective of this role is to equip our customers with the necessary tools to effectively monitor, analyze, and respond to a diverse range of activities and events within the DoiT platform. By providing robust real‑time data and event capabilities, we enable our customers to foster a culture of rapid response, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, leading to increased confidence in their cloud deployments. This, in turn, translates to greater operational efficiency, reduced risk, and improved return on investment. To spearhead this critical initiative, DoiT is actively seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Product Manager who will not only define our strategic roadmap but also lead the charge in executing the solutions that we believe will position us as leaders in this competitive market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real‑time data and event capabilities at DoiT, and by extension, the future of our customers’ cloud journeys. Responsibilities Develop deep contextual understanding of our business, our clients, our users, & their needs Proactively identify the important problems we should attack in your primary focus area (e.g. competitively, strategically, for customers, and in support of company goals) Build a coherent strategy and roadmap for addressing these problems with measurable objectives that align stakeholders and teams Build requirements that align product solutions closely to customer needs, & help to define phased, rapid, iterative delivery, with superior customer experience Drive, track, and document progress against plans - keeping open and clear lines of communications in the face of change (driven by market pressure, customer feedback, business need) Collaborate with Executives and other cross‑functional leadership to ensure your product strategy is aligned to the company vision, and the operational needs of the business Maintain competitive and market awareness and ensure sustained differentiation is always a core objective Verify readiness of features for release to clients (in production / pre‑production form) Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product roles, building capabilities for B2B SaaS products that have technical users Well‑informed on cloud and SaaS technologies with a strong understanding of key user and buyer personas such as DevOps Engineers, SREs, Data Engineers, FinOps Professionals, CIOs / CTOs, CFOs, IT Managers, etc. You have experience with building products that leverage real‑time data processing, data science concepts, and algorithms, ideally with cloud / SaaS data. Ideally, you also experience applying AI / ML to data use cases, particularly in anomaly detection and predictive analytics. Self‑motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly (real‑time) triage, prioritize, drive consensus and lead cross‑functional teams under pressure.
