Job Description We’re looking for a Retail Store Coordinator to join our team in a welcoming environment. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Associate and Family Assistance programs support your well‑being. What You’ll Do Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back‑room, and merchandise processing. Maintain high customer service standards and store operations by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment. Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training associates on service policies and procedures. Train and develop associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement. Create eye‑catching merchandise displays in key areas to enhance the store’s brand and value strategy. About You Relevant experience – 1–2 years in retail or service with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes. Team collaboration – A mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships. Task management – Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while adapting to new challenges. Communication and time management – Strong skills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization.
