Account Executive – Farm (Southern Alberta) A well-established Alberta-based insurance brokerage is seeking an Account Executive – Farm to take over and service a strong, existing farm portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to inherit a stable book of business while continuing to build relationships and identify growth opportunities within the agricultural community. The Opportunity Take ownership of an existing farm book and grow it. Focus on servicing existing clients as the first priority — maintaining trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service. Growth and new business which you will be provided a very healthy commission for - one of the best structures in the industry Flexible compensation : strong base salary + commission which can be adjusted depending on profile. Potential equity for self-generated business. About You Experienced in farm or agricultural insurance with a solid understanding of client needs and rural markets. Relationship-driven and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of client service. Licensed to sell insurance in Alberta (Level 1 or 2). Ideally located in Southern Alberta. Additional Details Work environment : Remote, with access to an office if needed. Compensation : Competitive base salary plus commission structure; flexibility to tailor based on individual strengths and preferences.
