As a seasoned marketer with a passion for delivering value, you will lead our Advisor Experience team, focused on designing, implementing and optimizing the way we help Advisors market their practices. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the Advisor Marketing team, with stakeholders in the business and with hundreds of advisors to bring the Raymond James brand to life in distinct and measurable ways.
- Consult with our advisors and across marketing to develop solutions and make recommendations that help advisors market their business.
- Champion best practice, with a digital-first mindset, finding ways to advance our marketing offer and deliver results.
- Participate in project and program design, considering the bigger picture and future state, to inform and enhance our service model.
- Break down strategic problems and opportunities, analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations to help our marketing practice deliver value at scale, in personalized, turnkey ways.
- Monitor and track performance against our service levels, with attention to detail and expectation management, working with the team to manage priorities and resourcing demands.
- Lead a team focused on enablement, workflow, and quality assurance, with care to their growth and engagement.
