Position Overview We are seeking a hands‑on Global HR Director to support our growth ambitions. The role will thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment, building and evolving HR practices across borders, and supporting the company’s expansion and strategic acquisition opportunities. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute the HR strategic roadmap aligned with the company’s global growth objectives. Ensure HR systems and processes are scalable, efficient, and compliant with multi‑country employment regulations. Act as the primary HR contact for leadership and employees across all global locations. Lead full‑cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and compensation. Foster a high‑performance culture that emphasizes accountability, development, and recognition. Manage multiple recruitment initiatives to support rapid international expansion. Drive strategic HR projects, including leadership development, policy harmonization, compensation design, employee engagement, and ERP HR module implementation. Participate in HR‑related M&A activities, ensuring seamless cultural and operational alignment. Monitor and analyze HR KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement. Partner with Finance to align workforce planning with budgeting and forecasting. Strengthen internal communications to maintain transparency, collaboration, and engagement across global teams. Key Qualifications Approximately 15 years of progressive HR experience in fast‑growing, international technology organizations. Broad HR generalist expertise across recruitment, performance management, employee development, and compensation; strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employment law is an asset. Demonstrated experience scaling HR processes across multiple geographies, including due diligence and post‑acquisition integration. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaboration across diverse cultures and teams. Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and adaptable, with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving. Strong organizational and prioritization skills within dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
