We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone.THE OPPORTUNITYAs the Facilities Specialist, you will provide support to an assigned region of restaurants through Preventative Maintenance, Site Assessments and reactionary repairs helping deliver an environment of World Class Food Safety and an Excellent Guest Experience.WHAT YOU’LL DOIn addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Perform Preventative Maintenance Site Assessments at each assigned restaurant every quarterComplete reactionary service calls in a timely cost-effective mannerPartner with local and national vendors to ensure work completed is on par with Chipotle's standardsConduct sub-regional Ownership classes promoting confidence and increasing knowledge with equipment and facility upkeep.Collaborate with sub-regional leadership team to have unified purpose and vision inside our locationsManage direct M&R budget of assigned restaurantsWork directly with AFM/FM to identify capital improvement needs. Get quotes for such items and after installation validate quality and workmanshipSource, organize and maintain individual truck stock for needed repairsManage Work Order requests to ensure all items are entered and closed out correctly, give Work Order training to restaurants when needed.Partner with Facility Support Team to ensure requests are assigned and completed in an efficient mannerMeet all administrative deadlines when it comes to mileage, Pcards, Inventories, and Tru-ups.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredTrade school certificate preferred0 – 1 year of relevant work experienceGas Fitter License 1 or 2 requiredClean Motor Vehicle Report RequiredBES 1 & 2 Certification preferredEPA certification preferredComfortable with basic HVAC maintenance - changing belts, filters and coil cleaningComfortable with basic Kitchen Equipment RepairMechanically inclined, must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPointMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to use ladders on a frequent basisOvernight travel may be requiredMust be able to handle stressful situations while communicating in a professional and positive mannerMust be a problem solverPAY TRANSPARENCYPay range is $50,000.00–$68,000.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education.
