About Us Priority1 is a U.S.-based freight services company specializing in nationwide logistics, including Less Than Truckload, Truckload, and Expedited services. Our newest Canadian branch, P1-Canada, based in Montreal, focuses on expanding our footprint across Canada and increasing cross-border shipment capabilities. Role Overview The Carrier Sales Specialist supports our sales teams by quoting, building, and updating truckload opportunities. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Customer focus and advocacy are essential. You will develop logistics skills and collaborate across our organization, also educating sales teams on quoting and winning truckload opportunities. Responsibilities Utilize TMS and load boards to book and track freight shipments. Provide accurate updates to the sales force. Negotiate rates with carriers. Maintain a 15% margin on loads. Make a minimum of 100 calls daily to book loads. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual in French and English preferred. Compensation $45,000 base salary plus commissions.
