We believe in performance. PWN Games is our flagship brand, powering user acquisition through affiliate partnerships, media buying, and data‑backed strategy. As we grow our internal brand visibility, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Strategist who can take the lead. Role Overview This is your chance to blend your marketing skills with your love for games. As Brand Marketing Strategist for PWN Games, you’ll own internal marketing initiatives that get our name out there, build industry relationships, and support our sales goals. One day you might be planning our next big trade show booth, the next you could be crafting killer content that puts us in front of the right partners. You’ll team up with our CRM Specialist, Designers, and Sales team to craft brand strategies that don’t just look good but also perform. If you’re ready to blend creativity with strategy, and want to help a game marketing brand grow to the next level, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Do Run the editorial calendar: blog posts, newsletters, and brand one‑pagers that tell our story Create and coordinate content that boosts brand visibility, recruitment, and partnerships Plan and launch PWN brand campaigns from email and paid partnerships to thought leadership pieces Take the lead on event prep and logistics for trade shows and conferences Work closely with the Design team to create on‑brand assets: ads, sales materials, merch, and more Track and optimize KPIs tied to brand visibility and campaign wins What You Bring 3–5 years in brand marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing; bonus points if it’s in video games Strong writing skills that work across formats Experience collaborating with designers and sales teams Comfort with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms Savvy with AI tools to boost productivity Nice to Haves Performance marketing or affiliate network experience Trade show planning or B2B campaign wins Insider knowledge of the gaming ecosystem What We Offer Bonus & Growth: Annual performance bonus with opportunities for career growth within the company.
