Senior Risk Consultant (ERM & BCM) Join Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC), a leading advisory group dedicated to enhancing client resilience through innovative risk solutions. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship. Responsibilities Actively identify customer needs and propose solutions. Engage in project management activities, including interviews, presentations, and workshops. Implement ERM and BCM engagement tasks such as drafting governance documentation, conducting risk assessments, developing risk appetite statements, and business impact analyses. Develop and implement risk and resilience frameworks, policies, and reporting mechanisms. Support quantitative risk analysis as required. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ERM and BCM market segments. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track sales activity, reporting on progress toward revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships and seek upsell opportunities. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and presentations. Represent Aon at industry conferences and networking events. Expected Outcomes Deliver high-quality ERM and BCM consulting assignments within budget and timelines, contribute to continuous improvement and innovation of services. Qualifications Completed university education; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field. 6-8 years of relevant work experience in risk consulting or business continuity. Knowledge of ERM principles (COSO, ISO) and BCM standards (ISO, BCI) is an advantage. Strong business development and sales experience, preferably within ERM/BCM. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic problem‑solving ability with market trend awareness. Team‑oriented with a sense of responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business tools. French‑English bilingualism is a strong asset.
