Role Description We are seeking full-time, remote Solutions Consultant with strong foundations in project management, estimating, scheduling, and project controls. The ideal candidate is analytical, client-focused, and comfortable supporting software implementations, system configuration, workflows, and training for our clients. This role combines technical expertise with real-world project delivery knowledge. You will support clients in adopting best-in-class project management solutions and improving their project outcomes. How Success will be Defined Ability to partner with clients to understand business needs and project workflows. Configure, implement, and support project management and controls software solutions. Deliver client training sessions, workshops, and documentation. Assist with solution scoping, demonstrations, and pre-sales support as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments and long-term client satisfaction. Support continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, project controls, estimating, or scheduling. Strong understanding of cost management, work breakdown structures, schedules, and forecasting. Ability to translate complex project requirements into practical software solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Experience with construction, engineering, mining, utilities, or infrastructure projects is an asset. Experience with InEight software is considered a strong asset.
