Job Summary The Senior Manager is responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services that support our mission. This role involves collaborating with various departments, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with suppliers while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and best practices. Leading the creation of bid and tender documentation for the entire OMA group including but not limited to: Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Standing Offer (RFSO), Request for Information (RFI). Collaborating with client departments and other stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices; Facilitating cross‑departmental communication to ensure procurement processes align with programmatic goals. Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and prepares reports for management and stakeholders. Key Result Areas Preparation of RFPs Execution of Bid and Tender documents Reviewing parameters of Service Level agreements and contracts Key Process Indicators Management of the Corporate procurement system Monitoring awards to ensure compliance with procurement process, policies, procedures and best practices How You Will Make a Difference Leading the execution of the strategic procurement processes including RFPs, bid packages and vendor negotiations under the guidance of the Director, Procurement. Interacting with cross‑functional teams throughout the procurement process. Provide training and support to staff on procurement policies and procedures. Leading vendor presentations. Coordinating legal, risk and technical reviews throughout onboarding, contract management and off‑boarding. Managing contract database and prepares monthly compliance reports and dashboards. Drafting contracts using OMA standard template and forwarding them for execution. Providing support to assist Client departments navigate the procurement process to ensure compliance with corporate policies. Leading process improvement and automation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum four to five years of relevant experience. Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, contract management, and ethical sourcing. Ability to prepare and execute complex competitive procurement processes.
