Position Overview Product Manager, Crypto – shape Pebl’s next phase of innovation in global payroll and HR technology. You’ll define and lead the strategy and execution of how Pebl uses crypto for global payroll and payments, building fast, compliant, and customer-focused crypto experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with product, engineering, design, finance, and leadership to design Pebl’s crypto infrastructure and customer-facing products. Drive the roadmap, define requirements, and manage execution with cross-functional teams. Turn complex financial and technical challenges into simple, secure, and intuitive products for global customers. Define Pebl’s crypto payroll and payments strategy, aligning it with broader company goals. Identify opportunities where crypto can improve speed, cost, and reliability of money movement. Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics. Partner with engineering and design to deliver production-ready products on time. Own the product backlog and user stories, driving iterative development and testing. Lead feature validation, QA, and product documentation. Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and act as a key evangelist for Pebl’s crypto capabilities. Launch products that improve key business metrics (cost per transaction, time to settle, user adoption, etc.) and report on outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 4–6 years of Product Management experience. Technical foundation (CS degree or equivalent experience). Prior experience building or managing crypto products is required. Experience with FinTech and Payments products highly preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, compliance, and business teams. Demonstrated career progression. Strong analytical and written communication skills. Startup or 0-to-1 product experience preferred. Hands-on approach: testing, QA, and documentation are part of how you work. Compensation Annualized Pay Range: $105,600—$145,200 CAD. Benefits Flexible Time Off – Take the time you need to recharge.
