Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant – TD Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $23.37 – $31.20 CAD (base pay varies) TD is expanding its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and seeks performance‑driven individuals to join the team. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) supports specialists by handling credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks, enabling specialists to focus on sales and business development. Job Details Part‑time role, 15+ hours per week, reporting to Manager, MMS Assistants Work volumes received directly from associated MMS during scheduled hours Primarily remote; can work from home office or a TD location Flexible scheduling in partnership with the MMS and Manager, MMS Assistants Key Accountabilities Customer Maximise support in credit administration Maintain relationships with partners, respond to questions, and ensure customer issues are handled appropriately Gather client documentation after initial MMS customer meeting and process credit applications Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently, supporting specialists and business timeline commitments Support the customer journey through the deal process while providing product/policy clarifications Shareholder Validate supporting documentation per internal processes and regulations Contribute to MMS credit quality objectives and meet or exceed individual targets Meet timeline commitments by processing transactions accurately and promptly Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate end‑to‑end credit decision process Support sales goals and operational excellence initiatives Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions as necessary Comply with Bank Code of Conduct and mortgage suite products and services knowledge Employee / Team Actively participate as a team member, promote quality, innovation, and teamwork, and communicate issues Enhance own and team knowledge through training and knowledge transfer Engage in performance management and professional development Attend team meetings, surveys, action planning, and training sessions Assist others in completing assigned duties and foster a fair, positive environment Serve as a brand ambassador for the business area/function internally and externally Depth & Breadth Perform routine customer service activities with limited financial impact Have a broad knowledge of basic product suite Understand the role’s relation to other team members and integration Address routine requests using standard procedures; escalations handled internally Impact team results through quality service and information delivery Follow RESL procedures and recommend process improvements Communicate product/process details clearly with composure Report to a manager or above What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year in a client‑facing or administrative role Mortgage/credit lending experience Superior computer and technology skills; MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized, self‑starter, able to work independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment Excellent time‑management skills; able to meet/exceed SLA expectations High‑level accuracy and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends Who We Are TD is one of the world’s leading global financial institutions, delivering legendary customer experiences to over 27 million households and businesses across Canada, the United States and around the world.
