Examining learning analytics to identify trends that guide personalized learning paths, making each student's educational journey both engaging and effective. Creating state‑of‑the‑art digital tools that animate historical personalities and global settings, from time‑traveling expeditions to vivid cultural insights. Partnering with a diverse team of educators and tech experts to develop groundbreaking methods that redefine social studies education. Simplifying complex historical and geographic ideas into captivating content, enhanced by AI‑driven customization. Digital Learning Specialist Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to significantly enhance students' comprehension of social studies by doubling the pace at which they absorb essential historical and geographical knowledge through innovative, AI‑powered strategies. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in teaching or developing social studies curriculum, with proven success in elevating student performance. Excellent analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data to extract actionable insights. Familiarity with AI applications in education, such as content development, adaptive learning, or data analysis. Exceptional communication skills to convert intricate social studies concepts into captivating narratives. About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. We're tearing down the outdated one‑size‑fits‑all model and replacing it with AI‑driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day. With students consistently ranking in the top 1‑2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, we’re proving that smarter learning is possible. Position Details This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
