Backed by cutting‑edge research and a growing roster of hotel customers, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a strategic leader to forge and grow our PMS partnerships worldwide.About the RoleAs an Operations Specialist at Sadie, you’ll play a key role in building the operational backbone that supports our fast‑growing customer base and internal teams. You’ll help ensure our systems, processes, and data flow smoothly—from onboarding new customers and coordinating cross‑functional projects to optimizing daily workflows. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in building structure that scales.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate cross‑functional initiatives between Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.Assist with customer onboarding logistics, documentation, and process tracking.Maintain accurate data and reporting within our internal systems (e.g., CRM, project management tools, billing, and analytics).Identify process bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to improve efficiency.Support day‑to‑day business operations, including vendor management, procurement, and resource coordination.Help develop and maintain internal playbooks, SOPs, and workflow documentation.Contribute to company‑wide initiatives as we continue to scale our team and operations globally.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or business support role—preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality technology.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Comfortable working cross‑functionally and communicating effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.Data‑driven mindset and proficiency with tools like Excel/Sheets, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or similar).A proactive problem solver who can identify gaps and take initiative to improve processes.Thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and is comfortable with change and ambiguity.BenefitsBe part of a mission‑driven company redefining how hospitality businesses engage with guests.Collaborate with a passionate and innovative team in a fast‑scaling AI startup.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Competitive compensation and remote flexibility.LocationMontreal, Quebec, CanadaSalaryCA$27.07 – CA$36.14 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
