Our customers include over 120,000 manufacturers of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, storage and closets, residential and office furniture, retail lumberyards, and building centres. Our team is 3,000 people, with nearly half in sales and marketing. Position Sales Representative – Neos Products Retail – Panel Division (Permanent, Full‑time). Location: Calgary, AB. Responsibilities Promote sales to retail lumberyards, flooring stores, and design centre partners. Focus on new business development while managing and retaining existing customer relationships. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Effectively manage the assigned sales territory to ensure maximum sales growth and productivity. Develop and implement territory action plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Requirements College or university degree in marketing or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar sales position. Experience selling to retail market and knowledge of building materials. Strong understanding of decorative panels, hardwood and softwood plywood, lumber, and value‑added wood programs. Proven business development skills and ability to canvass new opportunities. Strong personal, organizational, and independent working skills. High motivation and ability to work independently.
