Mercor is recruiting Personal Financial Advisors as independent contractors working on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as a Personal Financial Advisor. Applicants must: Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a Personal Financial Advisor. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Role Details The hourly compensation rate will be competitive based on your professional background and geographic location (the listed hourly compensation scale is for U.S.-based applicants and may differ for other locations). Work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule. Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week. Project estimated to last through the end of 2025 and possibly longer; this estimate is subject to change, but if this listing is still up, the project is still running. Pay and Legal Status Meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role. Payment is made weekly via Stripe Connect based on the number of project work hours logged. Classified as an "at-will" contractor to Mercor. Cannot currently support H1‑B or STEM OPT status candidates.
