Base pay range CA$40.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr Restoring Mobility, Strength, and Confidence Through Expert Care Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation and community care team in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy treatments for clients with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery needs, chronic illnesses, and mobility limitations. Your work will be essential in helping patients regain independence and achieve optimal physical function. Responsibilities Conduct detailed physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, manual therapy, mobility training, and pain management strategies Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and functional techniques Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards Support discharge planning and recommend community resources when required Uphold best practices in safety, quality, and patient-centered rehabilitation Shifts Primarily day shifts; flexible scheduling may be available Environment Supportive rehab settings serving hospital and community-based clients Requirements – What You’ll Bring ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy ✔ Current registration or eligibility with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC) ✔ Experience in acute care, outpatient rehab, community health, or musculoskeletal practice areas ✔ Strong assessment, manual therapy, and clinical reasoning skills ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team ✔ Excellent communication, patient education, and time-management skills ✔ Commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, culturally sensitive care Benefits and Opportunities Join a supportive rehab team serving the Salmon Arm community Access mentorship, training, and opportunities for clinical specialization Work with diverse patient populations across hospital and community environments Make a meaningful impact by helping individuals restore function and improve quality of life At Russell Tobin Canada, we connect skilled rehabilitation professionals with opportunities that align with their expertise and values.
