This role requires deep proficiency in .NET, SQL, integration technologies, and DevOps practices, alongside strong capital markets domain knowledge. You will be responsible for resolving operational issues, driving platform improvements, and delivering robust solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for capital markets back-office systems, resolving incidents and addressing end-user issues promptly.Collaborate with business and technology leadership to translate functional gaps into technical specifications and plan development activities.Troubleshoot, restore, and maintain system processing during incidents and problems.Conduct regular system checks, performance analysis, and service-level reporting.Lead integration efforts with third-party financial products such as FIS, Bloomberg, and BoNY.Design, architect, and implement effective, high-quality solutions that meet complex business needs.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and regression suites using DevOps principles.Maintain governance routines, update procedures, and prepare documentation for governance forums.Propose and implement platform improvements leveraging modern tools and technologies.Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution, minimizing downtime and impact.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers and developers.Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Participate in talent recruitment and team development initiatives.Technical ProfileStrong experience with .NET Framework 4.0/3.5, SQL, XML, Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019.Proficient in MSSQL PL/SQL stored procedures.Skilled in DevOps CI/CD pipeline development and debugging.Windows PowerShell scripting expertise.Experience with Control-M and OBM monitoring tools.Strong system integration experience.Agile/Scrum delivery experience.Incident management proficiency.Functional Profile8–10 years’ experience in capital markets, supporting back-office operations.Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, accounting, ledgering, and integration with financial products (FIS, Bloomberg, BoNY, etc.).Ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining high-quality deliverables.Skilled in stakeholder engagement, idea promotion, and consensus building.Strong analytical skills for identifying areas of improvement based on data and feedback.Governance and documentation management experience.Skills SummaryCore Expertise:Capital markets support, back-office operations, trade lifecycle, financial product integration, incident resolution, system performance monitoring, governance management.Languages & FrameworksNET Framework 4.0/3.5, SQL, XML.Build & Testing ToolsCI/CD pipelines, automated regression testing.Other Tools & TechnologiesMicrosoft SQL Server 2016/2019, MSSQL PL/SQL, Windows PowerShell, Control-M, OBM monitoring, Agile/Scrum, integration tools, FIS, Bloomberg, BoNY.Soft SkillsStakeholder communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, team mentorship, governance management, strategic thinking, consensus building, independence in execution.The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $27.41/hour - $42.82/hour.
