Human Resources Consultant @ Legislative Assembly of Alberta Participate in meaningful work As an integral player with the Network Operations team, you will support the infrastructure, security, administration and overall operation of all network services for over 90 offices throughout Alberta. Your experience in providing escalated technical support and contributing to project initiatives will be key to maintaining and monitoring our network services on a 24/7 basis. Additionally, your ability to adapt to a dynamic operational environment and provide creative technical solutions will contribute to a collaborative and productive workplace. Bring your excellence to the LAO Your background includes a related postsecondary degree/diploma in computer science, engineering or a related discipline along with a minimum of four years of experience at a senior analyst level in delivering technology solutions. Cisco certification (CCNP R&S or equivalent) is required for this role along with proficiency in enterprise networking technologies. You will bring extensive knowledge of secure network and system design, implementation and documentation, ensuring the integrity and security of our network systems. Additionally, you will have expert-level experience with installing, maintaining and managing Cisco products such as Catalyst switches, Identity Services Engine (ISE), Catalyst Wireless Controller, Meraki and Cisco DNA/Catalyst Center, particularly in a multibranched organizational environment. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and technologies, including Active Directory (AD)/Entra ID, Exchange 2016/Online, SharePoint Online, Conditional Access, Intune/Endpoint Manager and Security and Compliance/Purview, is also essential. Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered for opportunities at a lower salary.
