BCBA - Board Certified Behaviour Analyst CBI Home Health is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated BCBA to join our team in New Brunswick, Canada. As a BCBA, you will collaborate with ABAs and RBTs to implement applied behaviour analytic interventions for youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental and behavioural challenges. Your Role Develop, monitor, and supervise a behaviour plan for each client, targeting areas of acquisition and problem behaviour reduction. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create client-centred support plans. Conduct functional behaviour assessments and functional analyses as appropriate. Lead team meetings and work collaboratively with caregivers and other professionals. Supervise and mentor Lead Therapists/BCaBAs. Provide RBT™ supervision. Measure behaviour and graph data. Model professional & compassionate care. Coach staff to provide excellent care in line with the Behaviour Support Plan. Evaluate, model, and coach staff in their interactions with clients while engaging in a variety of programming and implementing behaviour support plans. Deliver ongoing training and feedback to RBT™ and support staff. What You Will Need To Be Successful Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Credentialed as a BCBA®. At least two years of experience with youth and with dual diagnosis and severe problem behaviour. Experience with using CALS, AFLS, and/or EFL assessment tools is an asset. Experience with conducting functional analyses and functional behaviour assessments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning. Possess a strong knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, the fundamental elements of behaviour change, and ethical professional practice. Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the last 6 months.
