As a Foodservice Sales Representative for our beverage business, you will have the opportunity to work with our brands like Pepsi, Bubly, Gatorade, deliver high-quality customer service, and introduce innovative products by partnering with your team and our Food Service customers – think Restaurants, Arena/Stadiums, Special Events, Distributors, Vending, and Hotels. Responsibilities Revolutionize the way we approach foodservice and restaurant strategies, taking our beverage category to new heights of success. Build deep customer relationships, master selling techniques, and navigate the ever-evolving market dynamics; engage local stakeholders and influencers to leave a lasting impact. Analyze relevant data and translate insights into business plans that drive growth and enhance brand development. Manage budgets, track and control expenses with finesse. Collaborate with the dynamic Field Sales team to meet and exceed business objectives, activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to maximize brand performance. Lead the charge in expanding net-new sales distribution within the beverages business; implement channel programs, initiatives, and execute them flawlessly. Exhibit exceptional sales, business, and financial acumen, with proven negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling business plans. Take ownership of your sales funnel, adding new opportunities, nurturing existing ones, and progressing toward unprecedented achievements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree demonstrating commitment to continuous learning. At least 2+ years of sales experience, specifically with Foodservice Management Companies/Restaurants, and a track record of outstanding success. Preferred experience in the beverages or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, showing deep understanding of the sector. Ability to work independently, producing exceptional results with minimal supervision. Background in business development and/or account management, navigating complex negotiations with ease. Innovative and solution-oriented mindset, approaching challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement. Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations and forecasts. Valid driver's license to explore new territories and build connections. Comfortable spending 4 days a week on the road visiting and engaging with customers. Passion for unlocking community knowledge and being part of a team revolutionizing the food and beverage industry.
