**Required Qualifications:*** A minimum of a Masters degree in Education, Health Administration or in a discipline related to the programs within the department;* A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant work experience with increasingly responsible roles. This must include a minimum of two (2) years at a supervisory/management role;* Demonstrated management style preferably within a unionized environment that nurtures individual initiative and creativity, within the context of organizational goals;* Demonstrated understanding and commitment to student success, teaching excellence, quality education and applied research, preferably within an applied post-secondary environment;* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in simulation and/or applied research;* Strong communication and interpersonal skills that make you a consensus builder who can articulate an academic vision and execute on plans;* Demonstrated planning, organization, time management and financial management skills.Compensation:We offer a competitive base salary that reflects your skills and experience and Comprehensive Benefits that include health, dental, and retirement plans that ensure your well-being and peace of mind.
