OverviewAt Alto, we are actively contributing to the transformation of Canada’s future with our high-speed train project connecting Quebec City and Toronto. With the support of the Government of Canada, this innovative project aims to improve quality of life for citizens, strengthen community ties, and stimulate economic growth. The Analyst, Contract Management role supports Alto’s contract administration function, focusing on the Pre‑Development Agreement (PDA) that governs the Co‑Development Phase. The analyst will collaborate with Cadence, the preferred private developer partner, to advance project design, engage stakeholders, and secure a positive Impact Assessment decision.ResponsibilitiesAct as a key liaison between commercial, legal, and operational teams to ensure contract strategies are aligned and executed effectively.Conduct analysis to support the team’s interactions with Cadence.Assist in monitoring Cadence’s performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with contract terms.Support the team in reviewing invoices, change requests and contractual documents, ensuring compliance with contract terms.Develop dashboards, maintain logs and prepare reports and presentations to inform leadership on contract‑related activities.Conduct research and contract analysis to support future agreement strategies.Lead internal planning and reporting to deliver clear visibility into key team activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, law, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Bilingualism (English and French), spoken and written.Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.Ability to adapt in an evolving environment.Detail‑oriented, action‑driven and results‑focused.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.BenefitsBasic paid group insurance for you and your family: medical, dental, life, disability, etc.Access to wellness and health accounts to support your lifestyle.Flex‑Alto account of $500 to encourage a healthier approach and a more sustainable mode of transportation.Retirement plan and savings options (RRSP and TFSA).Vacations based on experience, available upon hiring.Incentive compensation program.Flexible hybrid work mode.Work environment that encourages initiative, innovation and forward‑thinking solutions.Equal Employment OpportunityAt Alto, we believe in the power of diverse teams.
