About the RoleThis role is pivotal in executing Go-To-Market strategies for Nakisa’s Workforce Planning (WFP) and Organizational Design (OD) solutions. The role combines HRIS expertise and solutions engineering to drive revenue opportunities and client success. As a key member of the Business Development Team, you will demonstrate the value of Nakisa’s WFP products through tailored demonstrations, ROI models, and hands-on support for Fortune 1000 clients and prospects. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet market demands and client needs. You will help shape product enhancements, support buy cycles, and provide best practices to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and share best practices in OD and WFP, and cloud-native SaaS as a subject matter expert for Nakisa and clients. Build and deliver tailor-made demonstrations highlighting the value of Nakisa’s WFP products for specific client personas and pain points. Provide pre-sales support, including functional/technical expertise, RFI/RFP responses, proofs of concepts, and deal negotiation. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design effective solutions. Support product marketing by participating in webinars, events, blogs, and whitepapers to promote WFP products. Act as an evangelist for Nakisa’s WFP portfolio in webinars, events, and marketing activities. Collaborate with Product and R&D to provide market insights and guide product evolution. Provide implementation support, onboarding, training, and enablement for internal and external teams. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep WFP competitive. What You Need to Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in HRIS with a background in solution consulting, pre-sales, or related roles. Strong understanding of SaaS models and ability to quickly grasp new technologies in complex IT/ERP environments. Working knowledge of SAP ECC/SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM (preferred). Excellent presentation and communication skills for business-level audiences, including management. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment. Ability to thrive in an agile environment and contribute innovative ideas. Willingness to travel up to 5% and work across different time zones up to 5% of the time. Good-to-Have Experience as an HRIS expert or in implementing HCM solutions. Certifications such as Workforce Planning Professional, SHRM, CIPD, or Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM.
