  • Provide direct supervision of the Instructors, including coaching, professional development, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Utilize CRM and Learning Resource platforms to supervise students’ access and engagement with Writing Center support.
  • Scrutinize and interpret data from multiple sources utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of the department and university to measure processes for decision making purposes.
  • Maintain reporting on key metrics to ensure visibility of student access and engagement with academic support.
  • Proactively identify potential technical and process issues blocking student access to academic support.
  • Provide support to students with concerns or issues with Writing Center student experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis for the purpose of improving work processes.
  • Demonstrated strong technical writing and excellent communication skills, particularly phone, email, and video/web cam.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications, live event tools, CRM software, and PowerBi.
  • Organization and efficiency, data analysis, communication, problem solving, team building.
  • In-depth knowledge of the C-I-A Triad, Defense in Depth and other related areas within cybersecurity.
  • Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (days/evenings/weekends).

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; u> apply online.

This is a full-time, regular position that is eligible for bonuses; medical, dental, vision, telehealth and mental healthcare; health savings account and flexible spending account; disability coverage; legal and identity theft coverage; retirement savings plan; and flexible paid time off for rest and relaxation with no need for accrual, flexible paid sick time with no need for accrual, 11 paid holidays, and other paid leaves, including up to 12 weeks of parental leave.
