Data is your compass, collaboration is your fuel, and launching meaningful, user‑centered products is what you do best. What you will do Translate the product vision into clear goals, features, and requirements. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog (a ranked list of features and fixes). Balance short‑term needs (bug fixes, small improvements) with long‑term strategic goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to decide what to build next using data and impact analysis. Act as the bridge between departments including marketing, channel and sales. Ensure developers understand what to build and why. Work with UX/UI design to ensure the product is intuitive and meets user expectations. Partner with marketing and sales to create go‑to‑market plans and messaging. Coordinate with pilot customers to gather feedback and improve user satisfaction. Write product requirements documents (PRDs) or user stories. Track progress and remove roadblocks during development. Define and execute plans to test new features before launch to ensure quality and alignment with goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product such as adoption, retention, and revenue. Analyze usage data, customer feedback and to inform decisions. Continuously iterate and improve the product based on data‑driven insights. Plan and coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and support teams. Communicate the reasoning behind decisions clearly to both executives and developers. Inspire teams around the shared vision and measurable outcomes. What you need to do it Experience. You have 2+ years in a software development role and 2+ years in a product management role. You have led at least 2 product launches, with one being successful. Technical Know‑How. You have knowledge of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power BI and Python. Intermediate level of Agentic AI solutions. Independence. You can learn new concepts quickly and teach yourself new skills. Communication. You enjoy working on a team and are a strong verbal and written communicator. Organization. You manage your time wisely and plan ahead to accomplish your tasks on time. Humility. You are open to feedback and coaching from management and team members. Methodical. You bring order to chaos with clear systems, smart processes, and a disciplined approach to getting things done.
