The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for a dynamic Lease Contract Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC. As the Lease Contract Coordinator, you will coordinate leased equipment from order to delivery, while acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns within an assigned region Prepare leasing contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation; communicate contract details with Sales team and customers Review pre-delivery requirements with customers to ensure all prerequisites are met Manage equipment return process, including damage recovery and billing Resolve invoicing disputes with customers Ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained in ERP and CRM systems Provide regular status updates on equipment orders and returns Provide administrative support for Lease and Sales departments Required Skills & Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, or a related field At least two years of related coordinator work experience Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail Team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills Benefits & Perks Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Life insurance, disability insurance, and travel insurance – 100% employer paid Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs RRSP matching Company cell phone and laptop Ongoing professional development opportunities The base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
