Snapshot Of What You Will Be Doing Here Coaching and leading the team: Taking end‑responsibility for quality, efficiency, safety, and resources within your unit. Coaching and motivating the team members and fostering teamwork. Taking responsibility for the team. Management of the workshop Implement TCR processes and procedures with SAP to achieve desired outcomes. Manage resource and labor allocation in coordination with management. Ensure accurate stock management by determining and ordering needed resources. Provide insights to management regarding planning feasibility and advise on solutions and bottlenecks. Identify and visualize planned maintenance and outstanding problems using available systems. Track progress of work packages based on available resources and monitor standard times, bottlenecks, backlog, and feasibility. Assist team members in processing production figures and quality data for operations. Create, check, evaluate, and sign inspection lists. Implement contingency procedures. Subject‑specific support to the team members Instruct on maintenance and malfunctions for safe vehicle and equipment maintenance. Transfer knowledge for professional development of team members. Collaborating with key stakeholders for coordination and evaluation Coordinate with departments such as customers, suppliers, and TCR departments. Provide customers’ information to team members regarding operational matters. Advise customers on vehicle and equipment availability. Continuous improvement Contribute to professional knowledge by setting up quality measurements in consultation with management. Propose improvements such as adjusting procedures and creating new work agreements. Investigate and produce technical improvements to equipment to reduce cost per unit and increase availability. Perform tasks specific to technicians, including associated responsibilities and authorities. Take end‑responsibility for workshop administration, including work orders, invoicing, and time control. Demonstrate active safety leadership and implement initiatives to improve safety performance and OHS management system. Who We Are Looking For Expert technical background in GSE maintenance and repair (mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, air pressure, air‑conditioner/refrigeration units, electrical systems). Ability to make complex decisions under pressure. Stress resistant. Assists in implementing formal quality improvement. Committed to an OHSA‑friendly environment by pursuing additional safety education. Acts as a role model. Strong team player. Excellent communication skills. Drive for excellence. Good MS Office 365 skills. Leadership skills: teamwork, vision communication, delegation, change management, conflict management. Fluent in English (oral and written).
