Tasks involve data entry/transfer, reports, time keeping, document control, coordination with project team, liaison between field and head office.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist the project team where applicable, in the day-to-day dutiesCoordinate with the Head Office Admin Team in requesting and following up Subcontractor/Vendor mandatory documentsMaintain and update various tracking sheets required throughout construction including but not limited to: quantity tracking, production tracking, material tracking, trucking logs, packing slips, locates, submittal logs, Shop drawings, RFI, RFQ, Purchase Orders, and permits in coordination with project teamAssist in packaging documents and various project requirementsAttend internal coordination and project meetings as requested/required & take minutesCompile and complete a project photograph recordCoding, sorting and preparing packing slips for submission to head officeData entry and processing time and material workAssist in completing regulatory forms and permit applications as requiredComplete additional administrative assignments as requested by project teamAccurate input of data in various programs used within the company in a timely mannerPackaging, organizing and updating of various spreadsheets, diagrams and photographsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyRequirementsPost-Secondary Education/College Diploma preferredKnowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and AdobeDetail oriented, and able to multi-task under the pressure of deadlinesExperience in administration (within construction sector preferred)Able to effectively communicate in English with internal and external parties, both written and verbalEffective time management and organizational skillsProven ability to work independently and within a team environmentValid British Columbia Drivers LicenseMust be legally eligible to work in Canada – no work permit sponsorship is available for this positionBenefitsCompetitive Salary with annual cost of living increasesAnnual Bonus ProgramGroup RRSP with 100% Matching100% Company Paid BenefitsExtended Health CareDental CareVision CareDisability InsuranceVacation & Personal Days, plus Paid Holiday ShutdownParental Leave Top-up ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Life InsuranceWellness ProgramsFree On-site ParkingCasual DressSalary Range: $57,400 - $76,600 (CAD)Please, no agencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
