We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Outpatient Clinical Dietitian‑Diabetes Education Clinic department. Under the general direction of the Diabetes Nurse Educator, you will provide diabetes nutrition counseling to referred outpatients according to the guidelines established by the Diabetes Education Clinic and the Northern Health Authority. You will instruct outpatients and their families/supports concerning nutritional requirements, food planning and preparation for diabetes management. You will maintain liaison with medical, nursing and other health care workers concerning nutritional requirements and clinical diabetes meal plan regimes.
