Ready to be part of this journey?Your MissionAs a Claims Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our reimbursement process by:Receiving receipts in a scanned/paperless environmentHandle inbound and outbound calls and email inquiriesFollow up with patients via call or email as a reminder to submit documentation required for reimbursementMaintain patient information securely and accuratelyReviewing submission details to assess eligibility and level of coverageProcessing approved requests with precise data entry and accuracyInvestigating claims that require further clarificationOrganizing work and documentation to ensure timely, accurate payment processingWhat You Bring To The Table1–2 years’ experience in an office or administrative rolePost-secondary education in a related fieldHigh attention to detail with quick and accurate data entry skillsFamiliarity with claims processing is a strong assetProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong computer skills (Outlook, Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBilingual in French and English (required to support communication with both internal and external stakeholders)Compensation and AccessibilityCompensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
