Base pay range CA$19.00/hr - CA$27.00/hr Clean Harbors in London, ON is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their safety conscious team This role is associated with hazardous waste clean‑up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, working in confined spaces and the handling of hazardous materials. Responsibilities Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner. Operate light and heavy equipment including, but not limited to pumps, vacuum trucks, oil spill boom, generators, bobcats, etc. Perform chemical and water spills and environmental clean‑up. Perform Confined Space entries – working with Tank and Vessel Cleaning. Perform work at heights, on platforms. Perform various tasks associated with Hazardous Waste and Waste cleanups. Perform a variety of labour project work. Handle various hand tools and powered industrial tools, including pressure washers, etc. Wear respirators for work. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Class G license and must have reliable transportation. Comfortable driving to various site locations throughout Ontario based on need. Previous labor/hazardous waste removal experience is highly preferred. Experience with industrial cleaning and working with chemicals is highly preferred. Ability to perform physical labor duties, routinely lift and move objects. Comfortable with being trained to work in confined spaces & heights. Ability to be clean shaven and wear respirators for work when required. 40‑years of sustainability in action.
