About the Role Primary Focus: Develop our React Native mobile application and TypeScript/Postgres backend, moving fluidly between mobile and backend development based on team needs. Guide architectural decisions, code quality, and development practices. Work directly with our CTO, marketing team, and data scientists to deliver new features. Dive into infrastructure, security, auditing, monitoring, logging, analytics, and KPIs. About You Intensely Curious Health‑Conscious Active & Alive Growth‑Minded Collaboration‑Ready Requirements Legally eligible to work in Canada. 5+ years of professional software development experience (mobile preferred), including technical ownership. Hands‑on React Native development with TypeScript, cloud platforms (GCP preferred), and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform). Strong experience with Git‑based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions preferred). Proficient in designing, querying, and optimizing relational databases (Postgres preferred).
