What You’ll Do? : Troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade meeting room technology (including Crestron, Biamp, cameras, microphones, laptops, desktops, and related software) Provide VIP support and concierge-level service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients Conduct thorough room checks to verify equipment functionality Collaborate remotely with other technicians for audio-visual troubleshooting Work with Microsoft Teams Room Systems and basic networking What We’re Looking For? : Experience with AV equipment (Crestron, Biamp, etc.) is preferred, but we welcome quick learners with a passion for technology. Familiarity with Windows operating systems Basic networking knowledge Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities Why Join Us?
