Description The Pharmacist I is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. The Pharmacist I manages medication therapy by assessing patients for potential and actual drug related problems and intervening as required to optimize patient outcomes. Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) required.
