Our mission is to ensure every identity is managed with precision, trust, and strong cryptographic protection. We’re looking for a leader who has shaped large-scale IAM systems in end-to-end encrypted environments to help us scale securely.What We’re Looking ForStrong IAM background: Experience building or scaling centralized identity systems with an emphasis on reliability and performance.Engineering leadership: 3+ years managing engineers through net-new, large project delivery—preferably in the identity space.Cryptography expertise: Experience working with end-to-end encryption systems and delivering work despite the limitations such systems impose.Hands-on technical depth: Able to “speak the language” of your team, guiding architecture design and overall technical directionPeople-centric leadership: The ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment in which everyone is supported, encouraged, and meaningfully challenged to do great work. You motivate and inspire others. After meeting with you, people get back to their job with more energy.
