They are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team and support production operations.Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the production process. You’ll manage raw material supply, monitor inventory, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule deliveries of raw materials and packagingMonitor inventory levels and conduct cycle/full inventory countsInvestigate discrepancies and maintain accurate recordsEnsure lot codes are shipped as directedSupport warehouse organization and inventory maintenanceCollaborate with internal teams on demand forecasting and procurementProcess daily direct-to-customer and e-commerce ordersAnalyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with CFIA, BRC, and other relevant standardsBuild strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersQualifications:2+ years of experience in a supply chain role within food and beverage manufacturingStrong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google DocsFamiliarity with SOPs, GMP, and CFIA regulationsPost-secondary educationValid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel to warehouse sites required)Strong team collaboration and communication skillsWhy Join Well Juices?Be part of a passionate team in a fast-paced, innovative environmentOpportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational successWork with a company that values quality, integrity, and continuous growth
