What You’ll Do Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing. Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment. Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training Associates on service policies and procedures. Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement. Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye‑catching merchandise displays. About You 1‑2 years in retail or service with strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes. Collaborative mindset fostering effective teamwork and positive relationships. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while adapting to new challenges. Strong communication and time‑management skills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization. Additional Information: Candidates aged 18 and over must undergo a criminal record check. This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position.
