The position is for a Part-Time Beauty Sales Specialist to work at our Mississauga SE store. The ideal candidate is people‑oriented, has a positive outlook, and is entrepreneurial with a strong desire to grow store sales through a personal, client‑focused approach. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekend shifts, is required to support continued growth. Expectations Provide superior customer service to all clients. Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions. Drive sales using an entrepreneurial spirit to build a loyal client base. Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions utilizing a POS system. Maintain correct store promotions, signage, stock, and display merchandising. Handle cash and perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits. Oversee the maintenance of store inventory for sending and receiving stock. Perform additional duties as required. Requirements Exceptional customer service skills – develop and maintain positive relationships with loyal clients. Willingness to retain product knowledge to promote sales. Solid visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail. Strong technical aptitude – ability to learn a new computer system. Highly motivated and reliable. Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities – thrive in a team setting and work independently. Passion for the Beauty Industry; experience as a hairstylist, nail technician, esthetician, or in beauty sales is an asset. Weekend availability. Perks Bonus & incentive structure to earn more money.
