Position Description

We are recruiting an Account Manager for Quebec. As an Account Manager covering Quebec, you are an energetic and motivated self-starter. You enjoy establishing strong relationships with both new and existing clients and following up on leads. As a product expert, you understand what surgeons and their teams need and connect with them on a personal level. You will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  1. Accomplish quarterly quota objectives for your assigned territory.
  2. Manage the full breadth of products in your territory.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accounts.
  4. Provide the highest levels of support and service to your accounts.
Position Requirements
  1. 2+ years of medical/surgical device sales experience, including operating room experience.
  2. Experience calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management administrators.
  3. Demonstrated ability to establish professional relationships with key decision-makers in operating theatres and procurement departments.
  4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Driven and enthusiastic self-starter with a passion to win.
  6. Professional sales experience with formal sales training.
  7. Proven goal-oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
  8. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  9. Must live in Quebec, preferably Montreal or Quebec City.
  10. CRM knowledgeable.
  11. 4-year Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in business, science, or nursing.
  12. Must meet third-party credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Identify opportunities in the market and discuss with management.
  2. Supervise market trends, including competitors, device growth, and new technologies.
  3. Upload contacts, leads, and activities in CRM with complete and useful information.
  4. Collaborate with teams and areas to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  5. Assist in workshops or congresses when support is requested.
