As a Client Experience Leader, you’ll be responsible for building and developing a team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele. **The successful candidate will Champion the Client Experience:*** 2 years+ of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store/department* A focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion by training team on elevating both the in-store and online customer experience)* Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others (with a proven track record of documented coaching and development as well as performance improvement plans that have resulted in tangible improvements)* Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure.
