You’ll lead engagements that design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for Security Operations—covering both strategic frameworks and hands-on execution.**What You’ll Do*** **Lead Security Operations Transformation:** Design and implement TOMs for Security Operations Centers (SOC), aligning with business outcomes and operational efficiency.* **Drive Consultative Wins:** Engage with C-level stakeholders to position high-value consulting services, secure new business, and establish the foundation for managed services.* **Deliver with Excellence:** Oversee delivery of complex security programs, ensuring measurable outcomes and client satisfaction.* **Integrate Advanced Technologies:** Architect and operationalize solutions leveraging: + Microsoft Security: Sentinel, Defender XDR + Palo Alto Networks: XSIEM, XDR + Other Platforms: Splunk, IBM QRadar, Trend Micro, Elastic + Vulnerability Management and Threat Intelligence solutions* **Enable Cloud Security Operations:** Apply expertise in cloud-native security operations for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.* **Champion Innovation:** Incorporate automation, AI-driven analytics, and threat intelligence into SOC processes to enhance detection and response.**What We’re Looking For*** **Proven Experience:** 10+ years in Security Operations consulting and managed services, with a track record of winning and delivering large-scale engagements.* **Strategic and Tactical Expertise:** Ability to design TOM frameworks and lead their implementation across global enterprises.* **Technical Depth:** Hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms across multiple vendors.* **Consultative Leadership:** Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.* **Cloud Security Knowledge:** Familiarity with securing workloads in Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments is a plus.You’ll be part of a team redefining Security Operations for the digital era—helping clients anticipate threats, respond faster, and build resilient security ecosystems.
